This course is where you work along side the HMO Daddy Team for 3 full days. You will be shown how HMO Daddy runs his HMO business.

Accommodation is provided in one of HMO Daddy's premier studio's. Refreshments are provided throughout the day, but no meals are provided.

The first day on your arrival you will be greeted by the HMO Daddy Team.

You will be shown:

How our administration works

The forms and paperwork procedure. You will be given a CD Rom with the template forms that HMO Daddy use.

You will be shown how handle day to day telephone enquiries and the correct way in which you should answer the telephone.

You will then accompany an area manager around some properties to see how to deal with any issues that may arise.

Over the 3 days you will:

Conduct viewings
Select tenants
Collect Rents
Inspect Properties

You will be shown three styles of HMO properties that are owned by HMO Daddy.
There will be an opportunity throughout the period to ask HMO Daddy as many questions as required and to discuss business further.

This is a very intensive training course. You and up to two of your partners, friends or associates can attend at any one time. Only one price of £997 will be charged whether you attend on your own or you have two others attend.

The content and style of the course is flexible to meet the individual needs and requirements of the participant, and the contents can, if need be compressed into one day, or spread over a number of days.

The days begin at 10am - 5pm and as usual HMO Daddy will be available afterwards to answer any questions and discuss matters further throughout the evening.

The training venue is located 1 mile from Junction 9 on the M6 (Junc for the Ikea Store).

This course is booked on an individual basis.

Total cost of the course is: £997 for up to three associates and includes one set of forms and agreements used by HMO Daddy which would normally cost £97.00
