This is a one day mentoring course where you are shown how we convert our properties including, example plans, costs and sourcing of materials. You and any guests that you bring along for FREE can attend this day. ( Please be limited by the size of your vehicle). The course includes a FREE guide to 'How to Become a HMO Landlord', which normally retails at £196.00 The guide has over 200 pages crammed with information on how to select a HMO, converting a house to a HMO and how to manage the business. It also covers the Housing Act 2004 and licencing and has a copy of the licence agreement that HMO Daddy uses in his letting's business. The course is practical and participants are shown actual examples of HMO's in construction and completion. Some of the topics include: Designs of HMO's Construction methods Sourcing of materials Costings Designs Fire Safety Heating systems The course will save you far more than it costs in methods of saving money. The days begin at 10am - 5pm and as usual HMO Daddy will be available afterwards to answer any questions and discuss matters further throughout the evening. Thank you for a brilliant couple of days with you and your team. I greatly appreciate your generosity, hospitality and knowledge that you shared with me and that your team did as well.
As you stress in your book - a lot (of life) turns on getting on and doing it - trying it, and continuing to learn as you go. With your generous help I think I am at that stage and now need to get on and have a go. I hope that I might be able to continue to use you as a guide and mentor as I go?
