How to Convert a Property into a HMO

This is a one day mentoring course where you are shown how we convert our properties including, example plans, costs and sourcing of materials.

The course is practical and participants are shown examples of HMO's in construction and completion.

Sourcing of materials

Designs
Fire Safety
Heating systems
